The concept of the service function being separated from the sales function is relatively new to the traditional automobile dealership design. We believe our customer family enjoys this new concept as we continue our "pursuit of perfection" in a quieter, easily accessible location with all the latest computer technology and state of the art diagnostic and repair equipment. We continue to provide the best trained, enthusiastic and motivated employee family possible as we continue to invest in our future together.
The 115,000 square foot facility includes 50 service stalls, room for 14 service advisors, all parts and service management, our parts department, all cashier and service support personnel, expanded customer waiting areas including a separate TV/video lounge, a customer business center, expanded training facilities, and employee lunchroom and parking for all customer service cars, 150 loaner cars, a portion our new vehicle inventory and customer parking. (Total of 400+ parking slots) customers waiting on service are served by a concierge function and a limited new car display and sales personnel are available to assist however possible.
