Shannon George was extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The financial department employee was affable until we declined the warranties that he was selling. We had a great experience with Shannon. Why put customers in a different department to complete the sale when they are exposed to marketing tactics? We had to sit in a large room with many others, wait for the financial employee to see us. We signed a few documents but the entire process probably took, an hour or longer, while we waited and listened to the sales pitch.
