Outstanding service

I had the best experience at west side Lexus. From the moment I walked in to the dealership till I got my car delivered the experience was very relaxing, there was no pressure from the sales desk nor from Clarence. Who was my sales person. He was very knowledgeable and he knew how to take me from the time we were choosing the model on the parking lot, explain very detail the benefits of the car until I went to finance.

We’ve bought four Lexus cars from this dealership ( all certified) and we wouldn’t go any where else. Clarence Keever has helped us each time and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. The service department is incredible too.

Best experience ever

I have owned 40 cars in my life, many of them new, and this is the best dealership experience I have ever had. Everyone from the sales person to the financial and preparation staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They all know their jobs well and understand customer service. That is what makes Lexus the best and we will never buy anything but Lexus in the future.

Just wanted to look

We came to just looking for a car and found a beauty. David, is a hard working and good at what he does. Very patient and listens to the customer's needs. Sometimes doesn't no when to slow down, but does more work touching up the car than the service crew. I don't like buying cars, because they cost too much, but I've bought two from Westside and loved the first one and hope so on the second. Thanks Dave for all your hard work and getting things done for us, some of it we didn't even no about.

65000 mile service

I was able to get my service appointment to suit my schedule. Laura was waiting for me even though it was a 12:15 PM appointment. She was able to check me in quickly. Even when I made the appointment over the internet and did not request a loaner vehicle, Laura offer me one. She called me later Friday afternoon that the service was complete and that I could pickup the vehicle Friday. I explained that I was busy and could not pick it up until Saturday morning. On Saturday morning my vehicle was ready and waiting. It had even been washed. I appreciated that wash since my vehicle was covered with pollen when I brought it in.

Waiting for dashboard replacement for more than 3 years

I have been waiting for Westside Lexus to replace my 2008 Lexus RX 350 dashboard since 2015 and every time they said to just wait. I'm a Realtor and lots of my clients drive with me and it is so embarrassing for me when my client notice all the dashboard cracks and melting parts ...... Shame on you Lexus and Shame on you Westside Lexus.

She is friendly and is also very knowledgeable and professional. I arrive at the dealership and she is ready; she collects the formation she needs from me and then has a loaner car ready for me. There are no surprises when dealing with Laura; she explains everything thoroughly so I have a good idea of any costs and likely timing for when my vehicle will be ready. I'm never disappointed when dealing with Laura.

Westside Lexus Service is really the best. It's certainly not the cheapest, but, you get what you pay for. The service is always done right with certified Lexus parts. The waiting room is very comfortable and the Wifi is terrific. lastly, my car is always ready when they say it will be. Job well done!

Service for 2015 RX350

Laura is always very helpful and punctual. I had the 25,000 service call and thought it would only take a few minutes (less than an hour) since the oil would be checked and not changed. the service took about an hour and twenty-five minutes. having said that, you should be very happy that is the only negative item mentioned. This is not your grandfather's dealership

I remember when going to the dealership for service was most unpleasant. You had to leave your car, they overcharged you, no loaners ever, and they assumed the customer was the least educated person on the planet. No more, at least not at Westside Lexus. They have a very nice waiting area, where you can sit and read, watch TV, or work while you wait for your car. If there is a problem with the repairs that will take longer than anticipated they have loaner cars available for you. The prices are reasonable. Perhaps you could find another shop that charges less but will they treat you like a valued customer, can you wait for your car, do they have a comfortable waiting area, will they do the work right the first time? We have always dealt with Laura Brown as our service advisor. She tells us what we need and does not pad the bill with a bunch of worthless extras or unneeded work. She is very professional. When it comes time to replace our car, we know exactly where to buy the next one and all because of their service department.

Had major accident while on vacation. Check out car.

My wife rear ended a pickup truck while in a rotary in Chatham, MA on July 3rd. Had to have car repaired there and transported home. Knew the radio wouldn't work and two front tires needed replacement but not sure what else needed attention. Westside performed a Fitness Inspection and found the replacement battery installed May 2016 by AAA improperly installed and essentially worthless. Everything else checked out OK, which was of considerable relief to my wife.

My recent service appointment at Lexus was excellent. I waited while the service was done and was told it would take one hour to an hour and a half. Exactly one hour later, they are calling my name. I paid the bill and picked up my newly washed and serviced vehicle. I love having a clean car and always love that extra touch they do without extra charge. For those who want to wait for their car as opposed to using a loner, Westside has free access to WiFi and refreshments. Nice touch indeed!

We went in for a 60,000 mile check up and all necessary work and the cost was explained upfront to me before the work was done. They gave us a loaner car completely free of charge so that we can leave to run arrands. We were called when the work was done in less time than what was promised. When we were waiting to pick up our car, the waiting area had water and specialty coffee machine that made it very inviting to wait. Their waiting area was absolutely the best among all the dealerships that we visited in the past. Keep up the great service!!

Chris Nemoto is ALWAYS responsive, and takes pro-active steps to make sure that I (and my car) are well taken care of. My most recent visit required both the service center and the body shop. Chris arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle, and handled the transfer (both ways) for the body shop work. I recommend this service center to everyone I know who has a Lexus, regardless of where they purchased it. The waiting area always has water and coffee available -- a very big PLUS!

Review of 45,000 mile check up

I made an appointment for several days in advance for the service. I arrived 10 minutes before time and was invited to have a cup of coffee and wait for the service advisor. The service Advisor saw me at the appointed time and reviewed the work to be done. The only thing that did not occur as expected is that a part for the passenger window visor had not arrived and therefore could not be installed. Other than that, everything went fine.

The service I've received from Chris Nemoto and the rest of the service department is outstanding. I generally borrow a car for the day and I'm always in and out in less than 10 minutes. I am a 10+ year loyal Lexus customer. One reason I continue to choose Lexus is the exemplary service provided on a consistent basis. Whether I am purchasing a new car, need service or simply have questions I find that I always leave feeling valued. When I have my RXH serviced I work with Chris Nemoto; he is just wonderful. Why? His voicemail box is never full, he readily takes notes on all my questions/requests, he is professional, timely and just makes each transactions smooth. In my most recently visit Chris was visibly trying to please many customer and did so with care. While waiting he provided updates, not just a visual eye contact update, oh no, he'd walk over and say "thanks for waiting and your patience..." It is the attention to detail that keeps me coming back. I thank Chris and the Lexus service team for their consistent great work and professional work. Your consistent service is appreciated and most certainly one of many reason why I remain LEXUS loyal!

I scheduled my car for last min service and they were able to get me in around my available time and said I would only have to wait 1 hour and in fact I only waited 1 hour. Throughout my wait my adviser gave me updates and was very polite. The cost I was told over the phone was the cost I was charged for the service. All in all I had a superb experience

Quick and easy service!

My service person was tied up with another customer, so Chris stepped in to help get my appointment started. Josh then finished it and called me when it was ready. I thought I needed an inspection every year, but Chris reminded me brand new cars only need it two years at first, so I almost paid for this and didn't need it yet.

Continuing Exemplary Service

Westside Lexus Service Center continues to provide an amazing level of service. Starting with the arrival at the Center when a representative greets you before you can leave your car. If your visit is your first time they will assist you in locating your your service consultant. I have been using Westside for service since 1994. In all of that time I am only now starting to work with my third service consultant. The SC is always prepared for my visit with notes on my Lexus. While we engage in a friendly chat he gets right to business preparing the work order as well as arranging my loaner car. Often, he asks me which model I care to drive that day. I have often used the service loaner car program to "feel out" a new model. Within a short time I'm on my way. Throughout the day my SC contacts me with updates on the status of my Lexus. If my Lexus is not ready for pick up until the end of the day, I retain the loaner car to avoid having to drive through rush hour traffic. Westside understands this and I've never been pressured to return a loaned car in all these years. Picking up my Lexus is a snap. If I am at the Service Center 15 minutes to pick up my car I'd be amazed.
