To effect a smooth closing, he made some additional concessions that helped me get a fair deal while avoiding a bad mistake that would have cost me additional sales tax. His assistant, Marlene, helped expedite much of the paperwork. They worked together as a professional team.

I came Lexus dealer told him that I want to buy one owner used car. After I paid and signed paper, he told me that car had two owner already! Cheat me! He only want to sale to you and get bonus!

Took over a year to get my car. Toyota Finance extended lease but dropped autopay twice and charged me for late payments.
This was the 2nd new vehicle we purchased from Westside in the last 6 months. Both experiences were extremely efficient, friendly and (believe it or not!) enjoyable. Great buying car experiences except the check payble to us for refund of over trade-in value then the value of the new Lexus I bought, it took nearly two months to to get it. I really appreciated the help from my salesman, Mr. Rafael Garcia, in keeping up with me to make sure I could get that refund, which should be handled by the dealership accounting department.
Alex Owen exceeded my expectations when purchasing my 2026 LC 5 00 Always communicating with me answering all my questions sending pictures and videos and explaining the process was very stress-free working with Alex and also Judy and financing making the transaction very stress-free. The car was very well prepared and the technical guy that gave me all the information I needed for using all the features overall, I was very pleased with the experience and I am happy to know that I may have purchased the last LC 5 00 at that dealership.
I was graciously met at the entrance to the showroom by John Breaux who spent the following hour patiently showing me several Lexus vehicles after listening carefully to what I wanted. Purchasing two cars within a month was a pleasure. John Loving took the time to understand my needs. We knew we wanted the IS 350 Sport, however we were a little unsure of purchasing the TX 350 Premium. John spent the time with us. Gave us the opportunity to test drive. Answered my questions based on my prior research. John followed up with me as questions arose (yes plural). He responded to my texts and/or calls promptly. When the need arises, I will definitely call John Loving.
I’ve had the best experience with Westside Lexus. I’ve gone through a pretty awful divorce and lots of change and Raphael made it happen. As a single mom now, I get my dream car that’s affordable and a quick and easy process.

The staff at Westside were very friendly, "no hassle", no pressure salesman. They let me test drive the vehicles I wanted, answered all questions with regards to technology and performance of the vehicles I was interested in. This is my first Lexus and I am loving it! The GM came and introduced himself on pick up day, shook our hands, and seemed genuinely pleased we are now customers.
I am as pleased as i ever have been with buying a vehicle. Pre-purchase with salesman and finance were efficient. Most importantly when I arrived to do paperwork it went quickly. No drama. The dealership was straightforward, they didn’t push or add useless extras, the salesman was chill and finance did not pound me to buy extras. Although I did buy a windshield protection policy. Honestly I am as pleased with the whole experience as any vehicle purchase I’ve ever done.
I can’t recommend the dealership or salesman any higher. Never thought I’d say that.
