Excellent service from beginning to end enhanced by help from Christian Bauer the sales person we were privileged to represent us.
They mishandled my deposit check and overdrew my bank account and never offered a quick resolution until I suggested one. Then they countered with an arrangement where I had to write an NSF check to “protect” the dealership in the case of a double reversal of the bad withdrawal.
Daniel is a great advisor! I really enjoy working with him. He is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I think Westside Lexus does a very good job servicing the car.

Excellent staff that made the purchase process easy. Explained the features of the car in detail. Only issue was the A/C in the delivery room was not working very well on what was a very hot day.

Alex was amazing and my experience was overall positive. The very end where I tried to pay for the car was a different experience. I was not told I couldn’t simply do a cash transfer and then I needed to bring in a paper check. I got charged an outrageous amount of interest on financing which I paid off afterwards. This review specifically deals with the service department. Our buying experience was awesome but two glaring problems are 1) when they send you to finalize the paperwork they try to sell you an extended warranty like all dealerships do. Their guy was so hard sell it was almost a deal breaker, he literally said something to the effect of the year model we bought didn’t use quality Japanese parts and we got one of the crappy models with Canadian parts so we better buy the most expensive extended warranty.
