We were looking for a very specific build that was difficult to source from existing inventory. Another dealer showed no inclination to assist us in sourcing it but Westside Lexus did. John Breaux was outstanding in communicating and sourcing our desired model and trim and made the process extremely easy. Tesla Garage door opener doesn’t work. It works with other cars openers and also with manual remotes but not with Tesla’s

Friendly excellent service! Fair prices! Our salesman, Jim, knew a lot about the car and had it pulled up and ready for a test drive. He was very honest and took time to answer our questions. There were no surprise or hidden fees when it was time to finalize the purchase.
I purchased a GS300 from Chong Lee in 2004 and over the next 15 years every birthday and Christmas she sent me a card. Its 2026 and she is still the best sales person I ever dealth with, problem is I still have the GS300 22 years later. One day I will need a new car and I will use Chong Lee!!!

My recent car buying experience at Westside Lexus was a pleasure. I had owned a 2002 RX and a 2016 RX. I intended to purchase another RX but did test drive the NX350 and found it roomier inside than I thought. Handles beautifully and am so pleased with the leather seats.
